Yours. Each home has one account held in the occupier's name — the genuine host. Sure Stay markets and distributes on your behalf but is never the account holder or operator.

Every channel syncs to one combined calendar. Nights aggregate into a single counter, you get alerts at 75 and 90, and we suspend distribution before the cap is hit. It resets on 1 January.

The Full Suite of International Online Agents, plus our private agent network. Those downstream relationships are Sure Stay's own contracts — you deal only with us as your single source of truth.

One apartment, one tenant, one host identity. Naming each home distinctly (e.g. Marylebone-Baker-4B) means listings never get confused across channels and reporting stays clean, property by property.

You do — payouts settle directly to your bank account. Sure Stay charges a marketing fee only; we never sit in the payment flow as the payee.
