Sure Stay Cookie Notice
This notice explains what Sure Stay stores on your device, what it is for, and how you control it. It covers cookies and anything that works like them — pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits and device identifiers.
What we use, and what you control
Strictly necessary. These keep you signed in, hold your booking while you complete it, remember your cookie choice, balance traffic across our servers and protect the site from fraud. They do not need your consent because the site cannot work without them, and you cannot switch them off.
Measurement. These tell us which pages people use, which searches return nothing, and where people run into trouble, so we can fix it. We only use them if you agree.
Preferences. These remember your language, your currency, your recent searches and any filters you use often. We only use them if you agree.
Advertising. These let us and our partners show you Sure Stay advertising on other websites and measure whether it worked. Some involve your information being shared with those partners. We only use them if you agree.
How to change your mind
Use "Manage cookies" at the foot of any page. Your change takes effect immediately and applies to this browser on this device. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings, though that will also remove the record of your choice, so we will ask you again.
We will ask you again in any event after a period — no more than 12 months. Nothing we set lasts longer than 13 months, and information derived from it is kept no longer than 25 months.
Third parties
Where a third party sets something through our site, they are named in the tables above and are responsible for their own use of it. Their privacy policies are linked from each entry. Refusing consent here stops us from allowing them to set anything through Sure Stay.

How we handle personal information generally is explained in our privacy notice at privacy@sure-stay.com. If you have a question about this notice, write to privacy@sure-stay.com.
